Brian Gilbert

Vice President, Ministry Development

Brian Gilbert volunteers his time to the Telos Ministry as a business development advisor.

Brian Gilbert is a business development and operations leader with extensive experience in startup health software ventures aimed at improving the patient experience and increasing efficiency for healthcare centers of all sizes. His interpersonal skills and talent for relationship building have been key to his success in driving growth ventures, securing effective partnerships, and establishing repeatable revenue-generating business models for new companies.

Brian has been called to serve his community in a healing capacity, utilizing his relationship and trust-building skills to provide biblical counseling services to his local church and community. He believes the current healthcare model for those in need of emotional support is overly complex, presenting too many barriers for individuals to discuss their struggles. Through his one-on-one counseling efforts and the collective mission of Telos, Brian aims to bridge these gaps.

Brian received his B.S.B.A from Xavier University in 2011 and is actively pursuing his M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University. He is a father of two, has a loving wife, and enjoys traveling and going to the beach with his family. As an active community member, he coaches his children’s soccer team and serving in Children’s Ministry. He can be found watching Arsenal, the Cincinnati Bengals, or the Xavier Musketeers. An enthusiastic reader of theology and psychology, Brian is committed to continuous learning and both professional and personal development. He is dedicated to equipping the church to bring hope and healing to communities around the world.
